Hey there! We're looking for a friendly face to join our bustling office in Carlow Town. If you're a numbers whiz with a knack for organization, this might be the perfect gig for you!



What You'll Be Doing:



  • Managing accounts for our Owners Management Companies 💼

  • Crunching numbers and keeping everything in tip-top shape 🧮

  • Preparing reports and organizing meetings (AGMs and EGMs)

  • Chatting with contractors, lawyers, and insurance folks to get the best deals for our clients



What We're Looking For:



  • A team player with at least 5 years of experience

  • Someone who knows their way around CRM systems and accounting software

  • A go-getter who can take initiative and wear multiple hats when needed

  • A customer service superstar who can keep our clients smiling 😊



Bonus points if you've got experience in Block Management!
