What You'll Be Doing:

• Providing top-notch support to our clients via phone, email, chat, and our self-service portal


• Troubleshooting software issues and finding creative solutions


• Developing expertise in CASEWARE's product suite


• Contributing to our knowledge base to help both clients and team members


• Potentially specializing in a specific product category (Tax, Audit, Financials, or Cloud)

What We're Looking For:

• At least 1 year of software or customer support experience


• A passion for technology and a desire to grow in Fintech


• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail


• Problem-solving prowess and analytical thinking


• An empathetic and friendly approach to customer service

This is a hybrid role, so you'll need to pop into our Maidstone office once or twice a week. If you've got experience in accounting or financial auditing, that's a bonus!
