What You'll Be Doing:

• Crunching numbers for monthly management accounts (with a keen eye for those tricky variances)


• Juggling accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations


• Playing fortune-teller with weekly cash flow projections


• Keeping the hotel's Labor Management System in check


• Wrangling working capital like a pro


• Tackling day-to-day banking issues


• Conquering VAT returns
