Job Description

Hey there! đź‘‹ Looking for an exciting opportunity in finance?



AMICUS SEARCH & RECRUITMENT is on the hunt for a Finance Assistant to join a respected accounting firm in South Dublin City. This role is perfect for someone who loves crunching numbers and has a knack for accounts receivable. Plus, you'll get to enjoy a sweet hybrid working arrangement! 🏠💼



What you'll be doing:



  • Setting up new clients and managing direct debits

  • Raising invoices and chasing payments (like a pro!)

  • Reconciling accounts and generating reports

  • Handling payroll and accounts payable

  • Preparing VAT statements

  • General office admin (because someone's gotta do it!)



What we're looking for:



  • Experience in a similar role

  • Familiarity with tools like Xero and Microsoft Office

  • Strong communication skills (you'll be chatting with clients!)

  • Accounting qualifications are a plus, but not required



Bonus: There's room to grow and pursue accounting/tax qualifications if that's your jam!
