Job Description

Hey there! We're looking for a fantastic Part-Time Teller to join our branch in Manchester. This role is all about making sure our money transfer services run smoothly and keeping our customers happy!



What You'll Be Doing:



  • Processing international money transfers using our cool JN E-Money system and MoneyGram 💸

  • Handling other services like cheque cashing and Paypoint/E-Pay

  • Chatting with customers and promoting our awesome products 🗣️

  • Helping hit those monthly targets (go team!)

  • Keeping your knowledge sharp on all our products and services



What We're Looking For:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar field

  • At least 3 years of supervisory experience in financial services

  • Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office skills

  • A friendly, customer-focused attitude

  • Great communication and problem-solving skills
