What's the Role?

Account Executive - Creative Studio

We're on the hunt for a dynamic Account Executive to join our award-winning Inhouse Studio team. You'll be at the heart of our creative operations, managing projects from start to finish.

Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 per annum
Contract: Fixed Term until May 2025
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week
Location: Stratford, London (with flexible working - only 1-2 days in the office!)

What You'll Be Doing:

• Key Contact: Partner with commissioning teams to manage the workflow of creative projects.


• Project Management: Ensure smooth running of projects from planning to delivery.


• Scheduling: Work with the creative operations team to allocate resources.


• Feedback Management: Handle feedback and amendments with both creative and commissioning teams.


• Brand Guardian: Ensure all creative work aligns with our brand and quality standards.


• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve operational challenges.


• Inclusion: Promote equality, diversity, and inclusion in all your work.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: Previous project coordination or management experience, preferably in a creative setting.


• Organization: Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks.


• Communication: Strong communication skills.


• Brand Awareness: Keen eye for maintaining brand consistency.


• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
