What You'll Be Doing:

• Partnering with Design Leaders and Brand teams to bring design visions to life


• Creating Digital Templates and graphic adaptations that meet Design Intent expectations


• Ensuring consistent visualization across all product forms and variants


• Collaborating closely with Pre-Press specialists and the AW Flow team

What We're Looking For:

• Degree in graphic design or related field, or 2-3 years of experience in graphic/print production


• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign


• Strong understanding of brand architecture and design principles


• Ability to adapt and apply design intent across various products and print processes
