What you'll be doing:



  • Working in one of our three Manchester locality M Thrive Hubs (North, Central, South)

  • Providing advice, information, and signposting to well-being services

  • Mapping and developing relationships with local services

  • Supporting people into community services

  • Taking a strength-based, person-centered approach to support plans
