Are you ready for an exciting opportunity in the world of Build to Rent (BTR) investments? REDPATH PARTNERS is on the hunt for a Senior Fund Analyst to join a market-leading investment management team for a 6-month contract. This role is your chance to shine in establishing and growing a BTR business! 🏢💼



What you'll be doing:



  • Crunching numbers: Develop and manage fund models

  • Crystal ball gazing: Prepare budgets and forecasts

  • Keeping everyone in the loop: Generate detailed reports

  • Deal-making: Analyze new development opportunities

  • Show me the money: Assist with capital raising activities

  • Value add: Support valuation processes

  • Dotting i's and crossing t's: Ensure compliance



What we're looking for:



  • Commerce, Property Economics, or Accounting degree (CFA is a bonus!)

  • 3+ years in property investment or similar field

  • Financial modeling guru

  • Development and fund model experience is a plus
