Hey there! We're looking for an awesome Origination Manager to join our private credit team. If you've got a knack for loan origination and want to work with a top-notch crew, this might be your perfect gig!

  • Drive loan origination for our successful private credit strategies

  • Work closely with strategy team leaders

  • Network and build relationships with finance brokers and debt advisors

  • Help grow our business and find new loan opportunities



Who are we looking for?


We need someone with:



  • At least 10 years of professional experience

  • Knowledge of Australian non-bank lending

  • Strong networking and relationship management skills

  • An entrepreneurial mindset

  • Understanding of risk, loan structuring, and transaction lifecycles



What you'll be doing:



  • Learning our private credit strategies inside and out

  • Talking to borrower advisors and brokers about our awesome lending solutions

  • Spotting great loan opportunities and working with our investment team

  • Growing relationships and finding new sources of loans

  • Collaborating with our marketing team to attract new clients
