What You'll Be Doing:



  • 📊 Revenue Generation: You'll be the mastermind behind leasing retail spaces across our properties in India.

  • 🤝 Lease Management: You'll handle everything from renewals to pricing and contract management.

  • 🏗️ Pre-leasing Development: Get in on the ground floor with our upcoming projects!

  • 🤼 Team Player: You'll work closely with our Park Heads, Projects, and Operations teams.



What We're Looking For:



  • 📚 Postgraduate degree

  • 💼 2-3 years of experience in Retail Real Estate leasing

  • 🧠 Sharp understanding of market dynamics and lease management processes

  • 🗣️ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
