What You'll Be Doing:



  • Taking care of our awesome commercial customers 🤝

  • Keeping everything up-to-date in our Applied Relay system

  • Answering customer queries like a pro

  • Staying on top of insurer updates and risk appetites



What We're Looking For:



  • At least 2 years of broking experience

  • Knowledge of commercial insurance products

  • Strong organization and attention to detail

  • Great customer service skills

  • Team player who can also work independently
