What's the gig about? 🕵️‍♀️



  • Manage claims from start to finish

  • Work closely with customers, brokers, and service providers

  • Help detect potential fraudulent claims

  • Handle phone and written communication

  • Process claims accurately and in line with regulations



What you'll need:



  • APA qualification (personal and commercial insurance)

  • Insurance experience in customer service or sales

  • Claims experience is a big plus!

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to meet targets and maintain high standards
