We're on the hunt for a super enthusiastic Special Educational Needs (SEN) Learning Support Assistant to join our team in Chelmsford! If you've got a passion for helping kids grow and learn, this might be the perfect gig for you.

What you'll be doing:

• Helping plan and deliver fun, engaging activities for the kiddos


• Supporting their social, emotional, and cognitive development


• Creating a safe and inclusive environment for everyone


• Keeping an eye on the children's progress and jotting down notes


• Working with teachers, parents, and other staff to make learning awesome


• Making sure we're following all the safety rules


• Prepping learning materials and keeping the classroom tidy

What we're looking for:

• Someone with a relevant qualification (Drama, Dance, Psychology, English, Sports Science, or something similar)


• Experience working in schools, after-school clubs, or youth clubs


• Great communication skills and a friendly attitude


• Patience, care, and enthusiasm by the bucket load


• A team player who can work well with others


• An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to get one)
