What We're Looking For:

• Experience: 3+ years post-qualification (but hey, if you're ready to step up, let us know!)


• Registration: ARB required, RIBA preferred


• Background: Large-scale residential projects with PLCs and SMEs

Your Super Powers:

• Conceptualizing and drawing feasibility layouts like a pro


• Master planning skills


• AutoCAD wizard (Adobe and Sketchup skills are a plus!)


• Knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning systems


• Client-facing confidence and great communication skills


• Meticulous attention to detail and awesome organization skills
