What's the gig about?

You'll be the wizard behind the scenes, analyzing our technical products and processes for the Supply pillar. You'll work your magic across our Corporate Traveller, FCM, and Leisure brands. It's all about making our booking-to-invoice lifecycle smoother than a first-class flight!

What you'll be doing:

• Translating complex ideas into user-friendly stories 📚


• Coordinating with multiple teams (you'll be everyone's favorite person!)


• Diving deep into our systems like Sabre, AgentPort, and more


• Keeping our documentation as up-to-date as our travel deals

What we're looking for:

• A knack for problem-solving and attention to detail


• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)


• Microsoft 365 and Lucidchart skills that would make Bill Gates jealous
